One by one I carefully puled them out sadly not completely without little damage.
After that I cut the new frets to length by measuring them to the slots where they should come. I used a tenon saw to make the slots clean and deepen them a little bit. After that we glued the new frets in with Titebond wood glue. With a quick grip clamp I pressed them into the slots and when firmly in place I clamped them to let them dry for half an hour.
I did not had the time to glue it onto the heel so I did that job at home. It looks very good!
Everything is now on the guitar. The only job left is adjusting the action and maybe leveling some of the frets since there are some rattles in some positions on the neck. But we're getting closer to the finish!
